Abstract
It is summarized the main operating experience in fulfillment of design output of Sansteel No.6 BF after revamping.Through equipment reliability operation commissioning,Strict the drying oven operation,fully the pressure leakage test,accurate selection a blowon program and coke ratio of the whole furnace、alkalinity and charging position,selecting appropriate blowing-in parameters,Effective control of smelting process after blowing-in,Reasonable selection the tapping time of first heat,Dynamic optimization of the charging system,Signifying rapid blowon and rapid design output fulfillment of the furnace.关键词
