摘要
Abstract
In this work,6082 aluminum alloy which has been widely used in the fields of aerospace and transportation is chosen as the research object,the effect of micro-alloying element La on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy have been investigated.The results indicate that the addition of trace rare earth La can refine α-Al,increase the number density of precipitates,and improve its strength and plasticity.The trace La can reduce the wetting angle between α-Al crystal nucleus and heterogeneous core particles,and thus promotes refinement of α-Al.The mixing enthalpies between La and Mg,Si is lower than that between Al and Mg,Si,the addition of La can promote the precipitation of solutes Si and Mg from the matrix to form dispersed phases,thereby improving the mechanical properties of the alloy.关键词
