Against the backdrop of enormous downward pressure on the global economy,intensified trade barriers,and fierce industry competition,Tsingshan is still expanding and increasing production,going against the current.This article analyzes Tsingshan's strategic positioning and strategies in business operations,studies Tsingshan's specific measures in establishing absolute cost advantages and quality,improving the industrial chain,and creating economies of scale.It explores the factors that Tsingshan promotes high-quality development of enterprise operations,builds core competitiveness,and sustains its core competitiveness in the fierce market competition.关键词
