Abstract
After years of development,Three Steel Group has formed a cross industry,cross regional,and cross ownership"1+6"industrial layout,with the steel industry as the main industry and diversified industries simultaneously.Currently,it is in a period of transformation and upgrading of production capacity,digital transformation,and enterprise institutional reform.However,technical renovation projects invested by enterprises often have the characteristics of large investment scale and compact construction period,making it difficult to control the cost calculation,construction period,construction quality,safety and environmental protection indicators and construction implementation process involved in the project application process.In addition,government policy documents and audit department's regulatory requirements are becoming increasingly strict.After the completion and acceptance of existing technical renovation projects,some project departments do not attach enough importance to the ideological level of post evaluation work,resulting in post evaluation work.Delayed or ineffective implementation.It is self-evident that how to combine the existing business situation of enterprises,scientifically and normatively do a good job in post evaluation management of technical renovation projects,and thereby improve the management level of enterprise technical renovation projects.关键词
