Abstract
ESG performance is a comprehensive indicator that covers three dimensions of environmental,social,and corporate governance,and its role in the sustainable development of enterprises has attracted widespread attention.Is ESG performance an important factor affecting the development of the manufacturing enterprises which is required to gain higher sustainability,innovation and quality?This article selects manufacturing enterprises listed on China's A-share market from 2018 to 2022 as the research object,attempting to explore the impact of ESG performance on their international business performance.Research has found a positive correlation between the two variables,and to be specific,ESG performance of the manufacturing enterprises improves their international business performance by easing the financing constraints and enhancing the corporate reputation.It provides a new perspective for deepening ESG practices and strengthening international competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises to some extent.关键词
