基于碳酸氢钙制备碳酸钙的回溶糖汁清净研究
Purification of Redissolved Sugar Juice with Calcium Carbonate based on Calcium Bicarbonate

Abstract
In this paper,a segmentation process was used to clarify the sugar solution by first adding calcium bicarbonate solution to the sugar solution and then preparing calcium carbonate by heating decomposition or adding calcium hydroxide reaction.The research results were as follows:The clarified juice of calcium carbonate particles prepared by decomposition of calcium bicarbonate was dark in color and decolorization rate was lower than 16.9%.The particles prepared by heat decomposition of calcium bicarbonate were calcium carbonate with calcite phase and aragonite phase co-existing,and the particles were mainly spindle shape and cube.The sugar solution clarified by calcium carbonate particles generated by the reaction of calcium bicarbonate and calcium hydroxide was transparent and clarity,and the decolorization rate was higher than 43.8%.The particles formed by the reaction of calcium bicarbonate and calcium hydroxide were calcite structure calcium carbonate,and the particles were mainly spherical and cubic.关键词
