帕金森病是一种常见于中老年的神经系统变性疾病,特发性震颤与其临床症状部分相似,早期帕金森病与震颤的鉴别诊断具有挑战性,但帕金森病与特发性震颤的病理生理机制不同,基于病理生理机制研发的新型分子探针结合正电子发射断层扫描、131碘-间碘苄胍心肌显像等辅助检查有助于鉴别二者.因此,本文总结影像、经颅超声和电生理等相关检查进展,以期提高临床医生鉴别帕金森病与特发性震颤的能力.

Parkinson's disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease that is prevalent in the middle-aged and elderly population.Essential tremor(ET)resembles some of the clinical symptoms of PD.The differential diagnosis between early PD and ET is chal-lenging.However,the pathophysiologic mechanisms of PD and ET are different.Novel molecular probes based on pathophysiolog-ic mechanisms combined with ancillary tests such as positron emission tomography and Cardiac 123I-metaio-dobenzylguanidine scin-tigraphy can help differentiate PD from ET.Therefore,to improve the ability of clinicians to differentiate PD from ET,this article summarizes the advances in imaging,transcranial sonography,electrophysiology,and other related examinations.
