Clinical Study on Modified Minor Green Dragon Decoction in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children
目的:观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效.方法:将 92 例小儿支原体肺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46 例.对照组给予常规治疗,肺炎急性期使用布地奈德雾化液雾化治疗,肺炎症状缓解期使用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服治疗.研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予小青龙汤加减治疗.观察两组患者临床疗效、肺功能[用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、最大呼气流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF)以…查看全部>>
