雷火灸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片对人工流产术后子宫内膜修复功能的影响
The Influence of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets on Endometrial Repair Function After Induced Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets on endo-metrial repair function after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 120 women who underwent induced abortion to terminate pregnancy were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets for oral administration,while the treatment group was combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the changes in TCM syndrome scores(including lumbosacral or lower abdominal cold pain,pale complexion,vaginal bleeding,fatigue),vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume,sex hormone levels[including human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The endometrial thickness of the first menstruation of the two groups was also meas-ured.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,such as lumbosacral or lower abdominal cold pain,pale complexion,vaginal bleeding,fatigue,etc.were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the HCG,P,E2 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group's levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness of the first menstruation after the operation in the treatment group was grea-ter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was91.7%,while that of the control group was 73.3%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets can significantly release pain and bleeding symptoms after induced a-bortion,regulate the levels of reproductive hormones,and promote the repair and growth of endometrium.关键词
