疏调平衡针刺法对高血压脑出血术后患者运动功能、焦虑、抑郁及神经功能缺损程度的影响
The Influence of Dredging and Regulating for Balance Acupuncture on Motor Function and Anxiety and Depression and Degree of Neurological Deficit in Patients After Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Operation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of dredging and regulating for balance acupuncture on motor function,anxiety,depression and degree of neurological deficit in patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)operation.Methods:A total of 96 pa-tients with HICH after operation in Shangqiu Municipal Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional postoperative rehabil-itation treatment,while the observation group was given dredging and regulating for balance acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The changes in Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,China Stroke Scale(CSS)score,self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,C reactive protein(CRP),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO)and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were ob-served.Results:The effective rate of the control group was77.08%,while that of the observation group was95.84%;the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the CSS score,SDS score,and SAS score were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and MDA in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the levels of SOD and NO were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dredging and regulating for bal-ance acupuncture can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in patients with HICH after operation,and improve motor function and neurological function.关键词
