Research Progress of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Complications
摘要
Abstract
Thunder-fire moxibustion is characterized by fierce firepower,strong drug force,strong penetration and wide moxibustion range treatment.It is often used to treat upper limb dysfunction,cognitive dysfunction,dysphagia,sleep disorder,stool disorder,respiratory dys-function and other complications after stroke.However,there are some problems in the research of thunder-fire moxibustion:The clinical research reports on thunder-fire moxibustion is mostly joint research,and few independent research.At present,more research on stroke and its complications have been carried out,but some problems have not been involved.The overall sample size of the related research is limited,and some research has not been carried out according to the strict randomized double-blind controlled scheme design.There is numerous clinical research,most of which is clinical observations,and little basic research.In order to make thunder-fire moxibustion therapy better applied in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of stroke and its complications,it is suggested to strengthen efforts in the following aspects:To increase the research on the independent therapy of thunder-fire moxibustion so as to accurately verify its clinical efficacy;to further expand the scope of clinical diagnosis and treatment of thunder-fire moxibustion in stroke,and fill in the research gaps in some areas,such as pulmonary function rehabilitation,neurogenic intestinal dysfunction,etc.;to increase the sample size of clin-ical research,strictly follow the design of randomized double-blind controlled research,and enlarge the credibility of clinical research re-sults;to vigorously carry out basic research on thunder-fire moxibustion,explore its mechanism of action,and provide sufficient data sup-port for understanding its mechanism of action.关键词
