中医综合疗法治疗围绝经期综合征研究进展
Research Progress of Comprehensive Therapy of TCM for Perimenopausal Syndrome

Abstract
For perimenopausal syndrome,TCM therapies usually include syndrome differentiation and treatment,massage therapy,acu-puncture and moxibustion therapy,and diet nursing,and have achieved good curative effect by taking advantage of multi-stage,multi-level,multi-angle and multi-objective behavior.However,there are still the following problems:(1)There is no unified standard for the etiology,syndrome differentiation and curative effect evaluation of perimenopausal syndrome,nor quantitative and micro indicators;(2)There is lack of large sample,multi-center clinical trials,resulting in insufficient reliability and accuracy of evidence;(3)There is lack of long-term tracking data,and the current clinical trial results of TCM for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome are mainly based on short-term curative effect.In the future,it is necessary to further carry out multi-center,large-sample clinical trials to accumulate more reliable and convincing evidence,so as to help TCM practitioners summarize experiences,unify standards,and improve the curative effect.Precision treatment can also be implemented through genetic testing and other means on the basis of a more comprehensive un-derstanding of individual differences,combining traditional therapy with modern technology to enrich the guiding role of TCM theory in diseases.From the overall perspective,a variety of treatment methods including massage,acupuncture,diet adjustment and so on are a-dopted to cooperate with each other to form a set of individualized combined treatment plan,effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and enhancing their quality of life.关键词
