Analysis on Structural Design of an Industrial Plant
为实现厂房功能,满足工艺要求,文中以某厂房为例,对设计中遇到的结构布置、柱网方案、上部结构设计等方面的问题进行分析.结果表明,结构布置要根据荷载、规则性、结构类型等因素确定,柱网布置要结合上部结构、基础总造价确定.得出结论,生产车间上部结构设计流程为先确定框架梁布置方案,再进行钢结构屋顶、夹层设计、最后进行结构整体计算.
In order to realize the function of the plant and meet the technological requirements,the problems of structure layout,column net-work scheme and superstructure design encountered in the design process are analyzed.The results show that the structure layout should be de-termined by considering load,regularity and structure type.The layout of column network should be determined according to the total cost of superstructure and foundation.Finally,it is concluded that the design process of the upper structure of the production workshop is to first deter-mine the layout of the frame beam,then carry out the design of the steel structure roof and sandwich,and finally carry out the overall structure calculation.
