The Impact of Flexible Human Resource Management on Technological Innovation of High-tech Enterprises

Abstract
In order to promote technological innovation of high-tech enterprises more effectively,based on the self-determination theory,with the basic psychological needs and intrinsic motivation of employ-ees as the mediating variables,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the impact of flexible human resource management on technological innovation of high-tech enterprises,and uses hi-erarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap method to empirically test the sample data of 360 employ-ees in high-tech enterprises to study the impact and mechanism of flexible human resource management on technological innovation in high-tech enterprises.The results show that flexible human resource management has a significant positive impact on technological innovation in high-tech enterprises,and that basic psychological needs and internal motivation not only play a mediating role independently be-tween them,but also play a chain mediating role together.The analysis shows that high-tech enterprises should play the strategic role of flexible human resource management;that high-tech enterprise manag-ers and human resource practitioners should pay attention to the basic psychological needs of R&D per-sonnel;and that human resource management activities of high-tech enterprises should pay attention to the cultivation of employees'internal motivation.关键词
