The Influence Mechanism of Enterprise Resource Coupling Degree on the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprises From the Perspective of Innovation

Abstract
This paper aims to study the influence mechanism of enterprise resource coupling degree on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of innovation and compare the channel differences,so as to provide suggestions and guidance for promoting the transfor-mation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the sample data of listed manufacturing enterprises,the intermediary effect model is used to test the influence of resource coupling degree on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises and its action path.It is found that the coupling degree of enterprise resources is helpful to promote the transformation and upgrading of enter-prises.The intermediary effect analysis shows that enterprise resource coupling promotes enterprise transformation and upgrading through two mechanisms:increasing innovation quantity and improving in-novation quality.Compared with the quantity of innovation,the mediating effect of innovation quality on transformation and upgrading is stronger.Heterogeneity analysis shows that for enterprises located in the western region and large-scale enterprises,the coupling degree of enterprise resources has a more sig-nificant promoting effect on enterprise transformation and upgrading.The research results provide a new way for enterprises to improve innovation output,point out a new direction for guiding the smooth trans-formation and upgrading of China's manufacturing enterprises,and provide a basis for the government to make decisions.关键词
