TOE框架下的制造企业碳绩效前因组态研究
Research on the Configuration of Antecedents for Carbon Performance in Manufacturing Enterprises Based on the TOE Framework

Abstract
Based on the TOE framework,with 209 manufacturing enterprises as samples,the paper a-dopts the fsQCA method to explore the relationship between six antecedents of technology(green tech-nological innovation),organization(board characteristics including board size,board independence and board gender diversity),and environment(environmental regulation and marketization degree)dimen-sions and carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises from a configuration perspective.The re-search shows that firstly,any single factor is not a necessary condition of high carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises;secondly,there are three paths to generate high carbon performance of man-ufacturing enterprises,namely,comprehensive factor-driven,organizational+environmental synergistic,independent governance+market-supported.The results of this research enrich the related research of carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises,and provide insights for manufacturing enterprises to improve carbon performance.关键词
