摘要

Abstract

In order to scientifically evaluate the level of emergency response capacity building of con-struction projects in high altitude areas,the emergency response capacity construction process is divid-ed into three stages and seven key construction tasks,and the evaluation index system of emergency re-sponse capacity building of construction projects in high altitude areas is constructed.The characteris-tics of building construction in high altitude areas are fully considered,and the distribution of weights of indicators is determined through the use of the combination of AHP and entropy weighting method.Based on this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is adopted to construct the evaluation model of emergency response capacity building of construction projects in high altitude areas,and the transfor-mation of multi-factor evaluation from qualitative to quantitative analysis is realized.A building con-struction project in a high-altitude area is taken as the research object for example verification.The re-sults show that there are still some parts to be improved in the emergency capacity building of the pro-ject,and the evaluation index system can be qualified for the evaluation of the emergency capacity building level of construction projects in high-altitude areas,providing a certain theoretical basis for e-mergency decision-making in high-altitude areas.
