西安市先进制造业高质量发展水平评价研究
The Evaluation of the High-Quality Development Level of Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Xi'an
摘要
Abstract
Advanced manufacturing industry,as a high value-added and high-tech industry in the sec-ondary industry,is an important force that constantly pushes Xi'an to achieve industrial upgrading,cul-tivate a modern industrial system,and guarantee the healthy,stable and sustainable economic develop-ment in Xi'an.This paper constructs the evaluation system of high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry in Xi'an from five aspects,namely scale efficiency,economic efficiency,inno-vation ability,public environment and green benefit,and evaluates and compares the level of high-qual-ity development of advanced manufacturing industry in Xi'an by applying the principal component a-nalysis method.The study shows that the comprehensive index of high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry in Xi'an is-0.283 4 in 2021,which is in the middle level among 15 sub-pro-vincial cities.Compared with Shenzhen,the sub-provincial city with the highest composite index(com-posite index of 2.3995),the level of high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry in Xi'an still needs to be improved.At present,there are problems in the advanced manufacturing indus-try in Xi'an,such as the small number of large-scale industrial enterprises,the low matching rate of lo-cal products and the small overall industry scale.Based on this,the paper proposes such countermeas-ures as cultivating the industrial chain and improving the supporting rate of local products,encouraging the retreat of the city into the park and improving the level of intelligence,strengthening the cooperation between colleges and universities and enterprises and improving the ability of scientific and technologi-cal innovation,and adopting a variety of means to improve the business environment.关键词
