人体皮肤偏振特性随其结构参数变化的研究
A Study of Change of Polarization Properties of Human Skin with Its Structural Parameters
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,based on a simplified dermis model of cylinder-birefringence,the variation of polarization properties of human skin with its structural parameters was studied.To the best of our knowledge,for the first time,the birefringence parameters of human skin measured by polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography system was used to analyze the changes of bire-fringence,dichroism and depolarization with the change of structural parameters.The results of this study are important for inter-preting the results of polarization experiments,diagnosing human skin diseases and monitoring the effects of treatment in vivo.关键词
