3D打印结合临床路径教学法在骨科实习教学中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Combined With Clinical Pathway Teaching Method in Orthopedic Practice Teaching

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of 3D printing combined with clinical pathway teaching method in clinical graduation practice teaching of orthopedics department in teaching hospital.Methods A total of 60 graduate interns from September 2022 to June 2023 in the Orthopedic Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was received 3D printing combined with clinical pathway teaching method,while the control group only was received clinical pathway teaching method.Both groups were taught by the same experienced senior teacher.After the internship,the objective assessment of theory and skills were carried out by the orthopedic teaching and research office.The understanding of teaching content,enthusiasm for learning interest,the ability of communication and learning between teachers and students,the ability to express and analyze problems,and satisfaction were evaluated subjectively by themselves.Results The theoretical score of the control group was(78.23±5.18)points,and that of the observation group was(83.20±5.17)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The skill score of the control group was(81.47±5.66)points,while that of the observation group was(83.07±4.96),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After statistical analysis,the scores of self cognition assessment and satisfaction of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The organic combination of 3D printing and clinical pathway teaching method can embody the abstract knowledge in orthopedic teaching,which can not only fully stimulate students'interest in learning,but also enable students to better master the clinical pathway form and disease model of common orthopedic diseases,so as to ensure the good teaching effect of teaching hospital.关键词
