摘要
Abstract
Ultra-short pulse fiber lasers with high repetition rate have been widely used in high efficiency processing and bio-optical imaging.In this paper,a high repetition rate,hundred-femtosecond,integrated fiber laser source based on nonlinear polarization evolution is reported.The integrated structure realizes the pulse laser with a repetition rate of 300.25 MHz and pulse duration of 139 fs.At an average pump power of 384.2 mW,the laser operated continuously for 12 hours,and the spectral output shape did not change.Within 6 hours,the repetition rate drift is about 25 Hz.In addition,the laser can be self-started when the pump power is 512.8 mW,so this kind of ultra-short pulse mode-locked fiber laser with simple structure and high repetition rate is a laser source with wide application potential.关键词
