高校书院发展的若干辩证关系论析
Analysis on Several Dialectical Relations for the Development of Academy System in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
It is an important measure for colleges and universities to improve the quality of human educa-tion and carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents by the reform of academy system.From the philosophical level,it is especially important to think about the relationship between people and skills,abandonment and innovation,and positioning and position,which are closely related to the develop-ment of colleges and universities,in order to present the value of colleges and universities and guide the high-quality development of colleges and universities.First of all,the academies pay more attention to the cultiva-tion of students'personality and thinking,and education in values,while colleges emphasize the cultivation of students'skills and professional qualities more.The reality of symbiosis between academies and colleges and the dilemma exposed in their collaborative development make how to balance the relationship between them become an unavoidable topic.Only by combining the two from the value kernel of Marx's all-round hu-manistic development can the goal of"educating people"in academies be demonstrated.Secondly,the meth-odology of selecting the essence and discarding the dross is particularly important for the development of Chi-nese colleges and universities.In order to learn from the ancient Chinese academies and Western colleges and form an inclusive character,and at the same time maintaining its independence and uniqueness in the devel-opment,it is necessary to control the balance between"taking"and"abandoning".Thirdly,the orientation of academy as the product of system reform is becoming clearer and clearer,and its essence is a path or link of educational paradigm innovation.This clear and specific orientation has essentially been given a grand stance,which means following the construction of the national innovation system closely.The birth of the academy has been bearing the call for innovation from the respect of social demand,and its function of educa-ting people contains more innovative goals.It is the premise of presenting the value of colleges and universities to coordinate the relationship between orientation and stance.关键词
