Abstract
The electrochemical sensor was constructed based on the nanocomposite,which was synthesized from copper-based MOF(Cu-BTC)and mesoporous carbon nitride(CN)containing carbonyl heterocyclic rings.The as-fabricated sensor was used for the detection of glyphosate with the differential pulse voltam-metry method.The detection mechanism of the sensor is the decrease in the response current caused by the complexation reaction between Cu2+and glyphosate.To confirm the morphology and structure of the nanocomposite,it was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction technology,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectros-copy.The results showed that the sensor had a highly sensitive response toward glyphosate in a linear range of 10-6~10-12 g/L with a detection limit of 0.157 6 pg/L,and it had good selectivity for glypho-sate.When the sensor was used for the detection of glyphosate in real water samples,the recoveries were in the range of 94%~107%,demonstrating its high accuracy and practicality.关键词
