两类农用棚膜防雾滴涂层表面张力
Surface Tension of Two Types of Antifogging Coating for Farm Shed Film

Abstract
In recent years,in order to improve the light transmittance of greenhouses and improve the yield and quality of crops,the hydrophilic coating of agricultural shed film has received widespread attention,and a variety of hydrophilic coatings have appeared in market.However,the surface tension is rarely stud-ied.Herein,polyvinyl alcohol/alumina oxide(PVA/Al2O3)hydrophilic coatings with different ratios of two components and ternary copolymers hydrophilic coatings of acrylic acid,hexafluorobutyl acrylate,and 4-acryloyloxy benzophenone were prepared on polyethylene(PE)surface.The contact angles of hydrophil-ic coatings were measured.The surface tensions of the hydrophilic coating,untreated PE film and corona treated PE film were calculated indirectly by Owens-Wendt(OW)and Lifshitz-van der Waals/Acid-Base(LW/AB)methods.The results show that the surface tension of the hydrophilic coating is greater than those of corona-treated PE film and untreated PE film.Moreover,the surface tension is the largest when the mass ratio of PVA to Al2O3 is 5∶3 calculated by OW method.In the case of LW/AB method,the cal-culated surface tension is the largest when the mass ratio of PVA to Al2O3 is 5∶2.Atomic force microsco-py shows that the PVA/Al2O3 hydrophilic coating with ratio of 5∶3 has the largest roughness.This study provides theoretical guidance for the development of antifogging coating for agricultural shed film.关键词
