Marx's Critique and Transcendence on the Splitting of Individuals and Community:An Analysis of the Relationship between Civil Society and the State

Abstract
The relationship between civil society and the state is an important aspect of dissecting the logic of community and exploring the division between individuals and the community.Marx started from the criticism of Hegel's relationship between civil society and the state in the German-French Yearbook,and con-ducted a profound analysis and redefinition of the two from the perspective of liberating all mankind.He made the statement that"civil society determines the state"and clarified that"civil society"is a real and alienated community.In his analysis of capitalist society,he exposed the illusory nature of political community with"state"as the main form,and the root cause of private ownership that leads to division.From political libera-tion to human liberation,Marx launched a logical analysis of the evolution of community forms,and proposed that the real community that appeals to human liberation,that is,the"union of free men"is the transcend-ence of the division between individuals and community.关键词
