植物热激蛋白功能及表达调控的研究进展
Research Progress on Function and Expression Regulation of Plant Heat Shock Proteins
摘要
Abstract
Heat shock proteins(HSPs)are widely present in organisms and serve as molecular chaperones involved in protein folding,translocation,degradation,and protein complex assembly.The types and functions of HSPs are diverse,and they are located in the cytoplasm and nucleus,as well as in various or-ganelles such as plastids,mitochondria,and endoplasmic reticulum.HSPs play important roles in plant response to abiotic stresses such as cold,heat,salt,and drought.At the same time,they also involved in plants resistance to biological stresses such as bacteria,fungi and viruses.In addition,HSPs also play im-portant roles in the growth and development of plants.This article summarizes and discusses the types of HSPs and their functions in plant growth and development and stress tolerance,with a view to providing reference for related research.关键词
