大叶梅属地衣内生真菌的多样性及抗菌活性研究
The Diversity and Antimicrobial Activity of Endolichenic Fungi from Parmotrema

Abstract
Endolichenic fungi were isolated,cultured and purified from Parmotrema spp.collected from Jinggangshan of Jiangxi Province and Wuyi Mountain National Nature Reserve of Fujian Province by tissue isolation method.These fungi were identified based on morphological and molecular data;the liquid-fer-mented products of strains were extracted with ethyl acetate and then the crude extracts were obtained through rotary evaporation,antimicrobial activity of the extracts against the following strains:——Proteus sp.MC110,Staphylococcus epidermidis TC149,Escherichia coli ATCC25922,Bacillus subtilis CS136 and Candida albicans TC152 were tested by punch method.The results showed that 75 strains of endolichenic fungi were isolated from four species of Parmotrema,and ITS sequences were used in the identification of 29 species-level taxa,belonging to 2 phyla,4 classes,7 orders,10 families and 14 genera.Among them,Nigrospora aurantiaca shows good antibacterial effect,which can be used as a good bioresource for phar-maceutical purpose and has potential research value.关键词
