摘要

Abstract

Objective To develop an optical fiber sensor with a composite sensitive film containing aerobic sensitive indicator Ru(bpy)3 Cl2 and immobilized glucose oxidase(GOD)for glucose detection.Methods In this work,an enzyme-based optical fiber fluorescence biosensor was prepared by using the SiO2 nanoparticles immobilized with GOD(SiO2-GOD),where the fluorescence indicator was Ru(bpy)3 Cl2.The pull-up method was used to deposit a sensitive film on the face of an optical fiber to produce an optical fiber sensing probe,and then optical fiber sensor was constructed to detect the different concentrations of the glucose solution.Results The optical fiber sensor detected glucose solution concentration in the range of 50-900 mg/dL(2.78~50.00 mmol/L),which could be used for the real-time monitoring of the glucose concentration changes.The response time of the sensor was short,and the testing standard curve had good linearity.Conclusion The fiber optic glucose sensor has the advantages of fast response,high sensitivity and wide detection range for glucose.In the future,it can be used to detect glucose concentration in human blood.
