Abstract
Under the background of our country's medical reform,the promotion and implementation of the payment system based on diagnosis related groups(DRGs)have brought new challenges and opportunities for the medical industry.This kind of payment method not only changes the traditional income model of hospitals,but also has a profound impact on the performance management of hospitals.This paper aims to deeply explore the impact of diagnosis related groups(DRGs)Payment System on various aspects of hospital performance management,including hospital income structure,medical quality improvement,effective utilization of medical resources and medical cost control.After a comprehensive and systematic analysis,the multiple challenges brought by DRGs Payment System to hospital performance management are clarified.These challenges not only cover the adjustment of hospital income structure,the improvement of medical service quality,but also involve the effective use of medical resources and the control of medical costs,which put forward higher requirements for the operation and management of hospitals.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at helping hospitals optimize the performance management system under the DRGs Payment System,realize scientific and reasonable performance management,and improve the sustainable development ability of hospitals.关键词
