Abstract
A certain home appliance factory reduced the thickness of hot-dip galvanized sheet for DC51D+Z steel refrigerators from 0.3 mm to 0.27 mm,which directly caused stamping cracking problems.The requirements for stamping forming of parts were studied using finite element simulation analysis method,and an optimization plan was proposed.The results show that under the premise of unchanged materials and stamping processes,directly thinning the hot-dip galvanized sheet could not meet the requirements of stamping forming for this part.By increasing the content of C element in galvanized sheet,reducing the content of boron element in galvanized sheet,and increasing the annealing temperature,the yield strength of the material could be reduced,the aging performance and stamping formability of the material could be improved,and the improved material forming limit could meet the stamping forming requirements of the parts.关键词
