Performance of Ni-cBN active cutting coating for new aviation engines

采用复合电沉积技术在篦齿表面制备镍-立方氮化硼(Ni-cBN)主动切削涂层,并在FGH95镍基高温合金基体上制备Ni-cBN涂层,分析了涂层的显微组织、结合强度、热震性能,并研究了涂层对基体力学性能的影响.结果表明:涂层与基体结合紧密,磨料分布较为均匀,Ni-cBN涂层结合强度大于160 MPa;在600℃下热震1 200次,涂层未发生损坏,涂层与基体结合性能良好.

Composite electrodeposition technology was used to prepare nickel-cubic boron nitride(Ni-cBN)active cutting coatings on the surface of grate teeth,and Ni-cBN coatings were prepared on FGH95 nickel based high-temperature alloy matrix.The microstructure,bonding strength and thermal shock performance of the coatings were analyzed,and the influence of the coatings on the mechanical properties of the matrix was studied.The results show that the coating was tightly bonded to the substrate,the abrasive distribution was relatively uniform,and the bonding strength of Ni-cBN coating was greater than 160 MPa.After 1 200 thermal shocks at 600℃,the coating was not damaged and the bonding performance between the coating and the substrate was good.
