Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of diabetes care team in the clinical nursing of type 2 diabetes patients after comprehensive intervention.Methods A total of 56 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the first department of internal medicine,Dongxiang District People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(n = 28)and experimental group(n = 28)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine intervention,and the experimental group was given comprehensive intervention by the diabetes nursing group.The compliance,blood glucose control effect and nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups of diabetes patients after nursing intervention were evaluated.Results The results showed that under the comprehensive nursing intervention of the nursing team,the compliance,blood glucose control effect,and satisfaction of the experimental group patients were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group with nursing was 96.43%,while the overall satisfaction of the control group was only 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention by nursing teams not only improves patient compliance,but also effectively controls blood sugar levels,increases patient satisfaction,and enhances hospital service capabilities,demonstrates significant effects in clinical applications.关键词
