社科类社会组织产出影响因素研究
Research on the Influencing Factors of the Output of Social Science Social Organizations
摘要
Abstract
Social science social organizations play an important role in guiding the production of knowledge products,promoting the development of philosophy and social sciences in China.This article constructs an analytical framework of"internal governance-external resources"and conducts a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis based on 34 social science organizations in F Province.This study finds that the outputs of social science organizations are driven by a variety of factors such as corporate structure,human resources system,rules and regulations,party construction,sources of funds,and project channel present a configuration effect in the output of social science organizations,can be evolved into three paths:internal promotion,party building leadership,and resource driven.The findings of the study provide an integrated methodological path for understanding the causal relationship behind the output of social science organizations,and a policy reference for promoting the high-quality development of social science organizations.关键词
