排石汤联合间苯三酚在肾结石钬激光碎石术后的应用效果及对炎性因子、肾功能指标的影响
Application Effect of Paishi Decoction Combined with Phloroglucinol on Renal Calculus after Holmium Laser Lithotripsy and Its Impact on Renal Function and Renal Function Indexes

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Paishi decoction combined with Phloroglucinol on renal calculus after holmium laser lithotripsy(HL)and its effect on inflammatory factors and renal function indexes.Methods A total of 200 patients with renal calculus treated with HL from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into re-search group(n=100)and control group(n=100)by random number table method.The research group was treated with Paishi decoction combined with Phloroglucinol,and the control group was treated with Phloroglucinol.The clinical efficacy,postoperative conditions,inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)],renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(CysC)],complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results At 7 d after treatment,the total ef-fective rate was96.00%(96/100)in the research group,which was higher than that[81.00%(81/100)]in the control group(P＜0.01).The degree of postoperative discomfort with catheterization in the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the time to extubation was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.01).At 7 d after treatment,IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α,PGE2,Scr,BUN and CysC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in the research group than in the control group(P＜0.01).The total complication rate of the research group was 5.00%(5/100),which was lower than that of the control group[15.00%(15/100)](P＜0.05).At 6 months after follow-up,the recurrence rate of the research group was1.02%(1/98),which was lower than that of the control group[11.46%(11/96)](P＜0.01).Conclusion Paishi decoction combined with Phloroglucinol has significant efficacy in patients with renal calculus after HL,which can shorten the time to extubation,reduce the pain during stone removal,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors in the body,reduce the damage to renal function,and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence.关键词
