Abstract
Through on-site investigation and a-nalysis of the functional requirements for the renova-tion,the functions that should be possessed after the unmanned renovation of the in-service gas gate station have been determined.The changes in costs and bene-fits before and after the renovation of gas city gate sta-tion are analyzed,and an economic benefit evaluation index system is established according to the incremen-tal costs and benefits.Combined with the net cash flow method,an economic benefit evaluation model is con-structed to evaluate the economic benefit of a typical unmanned renovation project of in-service gas city gate station.The results show that the financial net present value of the unmanned renovation project of in-service gas city gate station is 603.27 x 104 yuan,with a finan-cial internal rate of return of 25.02%and good profit-ability.The financial net present value of the project is positively correlated with labor cost savings,and nega-tively correlated with renovation investment,daily in-spection and maintenance costs and gas supply scale.The order of influence of various sensitive factors on the economic benefit of the project,from large to small,is labor cost savings,renovation investment,daily inspec-tion and maintenance fees and gas supply scale.关键词
