Abstract
The current studies on the structure of official document have achieved remarkable results in the aspects of formal element structure,writing thinking structure,writing structure mode,and overall text structure.However,since most studies focus on the static inspection of the form and the macroscopic description of the surface,the applicability and explanatory power of the conclusions are limited.Therefore,future research should strengthen the study of content information structure,combine the context of China's document system from the perspective of text linguistics,and use interdisciplinary research methods to deeply explore the language expression,discourse structure,information organization mode of official document structure and the relationship between the elements of the text structure system.This will help to form a scientific theoretical knowledge system and provide strong theoretical support for social organizations to write official documents and communicate.关键词
