口腔微生物与食管疾病关系的研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship between Oral Microbiota and Esophageal Diseases

Abstract
In recent years,the correlation between oral microbiota and human diseases has become a prominent area of research.While oral microbiota are closely linked to oral diseases,their impact extends beyond the oral cavity to other parts of the digestive tract.Surprisingly,esophageal disorders have received limited attention in this context.This study aims to ex-plore the current evidence regarding the association between oral microbiota composition and esophageal diseases.Specifically,we discuss the unique characteristics of oral microbiota associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease,Barrett's esophagus,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and esophageal adenocarcinoma.This transition from a predominance of Gram-positive bacteria to an increased prevalence of Gram-negative bacteria is believed to play a crucial role in the occurrence and develop-ment of esophageal diseases.Furthermore,alterations in the oral microbiota composition may be linked to esophageal patho-genesis through the expression of Gram-negative bacterial lipopolysaccharides,particularly involving Tannerellaforsythensis and Porphyromonasgingivalis.Identifying changes in the oral microbiota holds promise for enhancing our understanding of the etiol-ogy,pathogenesis and progression of esophageal diseases,facilitating novel diagnostic approaches,and laying the groundwork for personalized therapeutic strategies.关键词
