Abstract

Based on the investigation results on heating methods of aircraft hangars in severe cold and cold regions in China,numerical models for ground ra-diant heating and gas radiant heating hangars were built separately to analyze the temperature field charac-teristics of the two heating methods,and to study the influence of heat source surface temperature,outdoor temperature,inner surface emissivity of external wall and roof,and cold air infiltration.The results show that the uniformity of the temperature field in the ground ra-diant heating hangar is better,while the vertical stratifi-cation phenomenon of the temperature field in the gas radiant heating hangar is serious.As the surface tem-perature of the heat source rises,the overall vertical temperature in the hangar shows a gradually increasing trend.For every 1 ℃ increase in surface temperature of the heat source,the average temperature in the ground radiant heating and gas radiant heating hangars increases by about 0.87 ℃ and 0.37 ℃.The temper-ature uniformity in ground radiant heating hangar is better,and the uniformity of the temperature field in gas radiant heating hangar improves with the increase of heat source surface temperature.The ability of gas radiant heating hangar to resist the change of outdoor temperature is poor.With the decrease of the outdoor temperature,the temperature in the hangar gradually decreases,and the uniformity of the temperature field in the gas radiant heating hangar gradually decreases.For every 1 ℃ decrease in outdoor temperature,the average temperature in ground radiant heating and gas radiant heating hangars decreases by about 0.15 ℃ and 1.2℃.With the increase of the inner surface emissivity of external wall and roof,the unevenness of the vertical temperature distribution in the gas radiant heating han-gar gradually increases.When the inner surface emis-sivity of the external wall and roof increases from 0.2 to 0.8,the temperature rise in the ground radiant heat-ing hangar is about 0.8 ℃,while the temperature rise in the gas radiant heating hangar is not more than 0.5℃.Cold air penetration has a great effect on the verti-cal temperature gradient in gas radiant heating hangar,and ground radiant heating has a strong effect on re-duction of cold air infiltration.The temperature differ-ence ranges for ground radiant heating and gas radiant heating hangars under conditions of permeable and non permeable air cold air infiltration and non-cold air infil-tration are 5-8 ℃ and 8-13 ℃,respectively.
