摘要
Abstract
In the current digital era,the governance concept,governance system,governance methods,and governance carriers of urban communities are constantly changing and innovating with the development of digital technology,and smart community platforms have emerged.This study takes a residential area in Shandong Province as an example,and combines its construction requirements and content to design a series of intelligent construction plans.The system mainly includes functional modules such as operation management,property management,and community governance.The construction of this smart community management system is of great significance for improving management efficiency and improving residents'happiness index.In addition,key issues in the community management system were analyzed and constructive suggestions were put forward,indicating the future research direction for the construction of smart community systems.关键词
