摘要
Abstract
The third-generation semiconductor technology has been widely used in lighting,power e-lectronics,new generation mobile communication,new energy and other fields,which is primary and of strategic significance.The third-generation semiconductor industry chain in China has been fully functional,and the market size has been growing rapidly year by year.In addition,the third-genera-tion semiconductor technology has advantages in patent layout,and the gap with international advanced standards continues to narrow.This paper analyzes the current situation and development trends of the third-generation semiconductor industry and technology in China.Based on the problems in the devel-opment of the third-generation semiconductor technology,it also proposes ideas and suggestions for the future development of the third-generation semiconductor technology in China.关键词
