Abstract
The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that it's necessary to adhere to the principles as follows:science and technology are primary productive forces;talented people are primary resources;and innovation is the primary driver.The"three primary principles"of science and technology,talents,and innovation have pointed out the direction and path to enhance the overall efficiency of the national innovation system.Jiangxi Province has significantly improved its capacity of scientific and technological innovation in recent years,but its scientific and technological innovation has given insufficient support for its high-quality development.Based on the inherent logic of the"three primary principles",this paper analyzes the practical characteristics of sci-entific and technological innovation in promoting the high-quality economic development of Jiangxi Province,and then proposes the key points and paths for the high-quality economic development sup-ported by scientific and technological innovation.关键词
