A Study on the Performance Management of the Project Budget in the Scientific Research Institutions Affiliated with the People's Government of Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Those scientific research institutions affiliated with the People's Government of Jiangxi Prov-ince,which are guaranteed by scientific and technological financial funds,are an important component of the province's strategic scientific and technological strength.However,they lag far behind other counterparts of the province in growth rate of scientific and technological funds,with no advantage in the competition for scientific and technological funds.Therefore,they need to increase the efficiency of their fund utilization,and improve the performance management of their project budget,which is of great significance for their long-term development.Researchers in China are more concerned about the macro aspects of the performance management of project budget,with few studies on government-affili-ated research institutions.This paper focuses on those government-affiliated institutes,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems in the performance management of their project budget.Then it pro-poses some countermeasures for optimizing the performance management of their project budget.关键词
