Analysis on the relationship of ALOX12 expression with clinicopathological features and prognosis in colon cancer
目的:探讨花生四烯酸12-脂氧合酶(arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase,ALOX12)在结肠癌患者癌组织中的表达及意义.方法:回顾性收集257例结肠癌患者肿瘤及瘤旁组织,免疫组化法检测ALOX12的表达,比较肿瘤及瘤旁组织内表达差异并分析其表达与患者临床病理特征的相关性.随访并探讨ALOX12表达与患者5年总生存率的关系,并采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线.运用单因素及多因素Cox回归综合分析影响结肠癌患者5年总生…查看全部>>
