考虑服役应力谱的桥式起重机疲劳寿命分析

Abstract
Fatigue failure is the main failure reason of bridge crane,and scientific and effective analysis of fatigue life of bridge crane is the safety guarantee in industrial production.In this paper,a 15 t square billet bridge crane is taken as the analysis object,the stress time history of the cracked part was tested,the service stress spectrum was drawn according to the measured signal,and the fatigue life of the crane metal structure was simulated based on the service stress spectrum.The results show that the corner of the hatch is a vulnerable part.Finally,a rectification plan was put forward,and the rationality and effectiveness of the rectification plan were verified by further simulation and later application.关键词
