国企改革三年行动收官后国企改革重点方向思路研究
Research on the Key Directions of State-owned Enterprise Reform after the Three-year Action

Abstract
State-owned enterprises(SOEs)are the core to promote Chinese-style modernization and play a crucial role in realizing the great rejuve-nation of the Chinese nation and effectively responding to the profound changes of the world unseen in a century.This article primarily focuses on the major achievements of the three-year action plan for SOE reform.Through this plan,numerous institutional and mechanistic obstacles have been re-moved,and long-standing issues have been effectively resolved,which reshapes and restructures many key areas and critical links.Additionally,the article discusses the current challenges in SOE reform.There are still deficiencies in supporting the enhancement of core competitiveness and core func-tions.Institutional barriers in supporting the construction of Chinese-style modernization exist.Finally,this article presents the main ideas for further promoting SOE reform in the future.The study concludes that,to build modern new state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics,it is essential to enhance the reform of SOEs through the implementation of more strategic,systematic,creative,and substantive actions.Moreover,we should fully give play to the SOEs'functions and roles in scientific and technological innovation,industrial control,security support,national economy and people's livelihood,and public services to build a modern industrial system and a new development pattern.关键词
