国际经验视角下我国老龄友好型城市的构建路径研究
Research on the Construction Path of China's Aging-friendly Cities from the Perspective of International Experience

Abstract
Under the dual backgrounds of population aging and rapid urbanization,the construction of"aging-friendly cities"is helpful for China to al-leviate the social problems caused by population aging and promote the sustainable development of cities.After defining the connotation of aging-friendly cities and systematically sorting out its main evaluation index system,and drawing lessons from the construction experience of global aging-friendly dem-onstration cities,this paper proposes the following aspects for China to build aging-friendly cities in the future:to build the localized age-friendly as-sessment index system;to build an aging-friendly environment based on effectively meeting the needs of the elderly population;to build a"person-cen-tred and integrated"aging-friendly health service system;to pay full attention to the role of"resources"and"subjectivity"of the elderly population;to strengthen multi-sector cooperation,and mobilize multiple social forces to work together;to properly handle the relationship between the active fiscal policy and the affordability of public finance.The construction of aging-friendly cities in China should base on international experiences and fully com-bine with China's local conditions.关键词
