Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese bone-setting technique combined with Duhuo Jizhi Decoc-tion on the pain medium and blood circulation of lumbosacral sprain.Methods 78patients with lumbosacral sprain were admitted to the outpatient department of Sichuan Tianquan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2021.3to 2023.7as the re-search object,and 78patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39cases in a single group.The analgesic group was given ibuprofen treatment,and the TCM comprehensive therapy group was given the TCM bone-setting tech-nique combined with single living parasitic decoction.The total response rate of the two groups was counted,the degree of lumbar mobility,blood circulation index and pain media level of the two groups were tested,and the difference in TCM symptom quantifi-cation score of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the TCM combination therapy group was higher than that of the analgesic group,which was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quantitative scores of lumbar mobility and TCM symptoms before treatment were compared(P＞0.05).In the ratio before and after treatment of the two groups,the mobility of lumbar anterior flexion,posterior extension,left and right lateral flexion and left and right rotation was increased,and the quantitative score of TCM symptoms was decreased.After treatment,the lumbar mobility of TCM comprehensive therapy group was higher than that of the analgesic group,and the quantitative score of TCM symptoms was lower than that of the analgesic group,which showed statistical significance(P＜0.05).No differences in blood circulation index and pain media(P＞0.05).In the pre-and post-treatment ratio,seroxytonin(5-HT),low-cut viscosity,neuropeptide(NPY),plasma viscosity,red cell specific volume(HCT),norepinephrine(NE)were decreased,and the TCM comprehensive therapy group was lower than the analgesic group after treatment,showing statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lumbosacral sprain by traditional Chinese bone-setting manipulation combined with Duhuo Zhizhi Decoction can promote blood circulation,inhibit the release of pain mediators and improve lumbar motion.关键词
