Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of tendon acupuncture therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and its influence on pain degree and shoulder range of motion.Methods:106patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were treated in our hospital from May 2021to May 2023were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 53cases in each group according to the random sampling method.The control group was treated with convention-al western medicine,and the observation group was given tendon acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.TCM syn-dromes scores(shoulder pain,local swelling,pain and touch rejection,tongue pulse condition),shoulder joint function[Cong-stant-Murley joint function scale(CMC)],inflammatory factors[interleukin 10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)],pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],shoulder range of motion[Range of Motion Scale(ROM)]and adverse reactions were compared between both groups after 30days of treatment.Results:After 30days of treat-ment,the TCM syndromes scores,VAS score and inflammatory factors(TNF-α,PGE2)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05)while the CMC score,IL-10and shoulder range of motion were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).No other obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups of patients.Conclusion:Tendon acupuncture therapy can obviously relieve the pain degree,enhance the shoulder mobility,and promote the recovery of shoulder function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,and it has high safety.关键词
