灸法配合奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of moxibustion combined with Oseltamivir in treating influenza

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with oral Oseltamivir phosphate capsules in treating influenza and analyze its impact on the patient's immune function and pertinent cytokine levels.Method A total of 150 patients suffering from influenza were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,each comprising 75 cases.The control group received oral administration of Oseltamivir phosphate capsules for treatment,and the research group received additional moxibustion treatment.The remission time and duration of each symptom(fever,cough,and sore throat)were recorded during the intervention.Before and after the treatment,the immune indicator levels(CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+)and cytokine levels[serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]were observed.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result The remission time and duration of each symptom(fever,cough,and sore throat)were notably shorter in the research group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,each cytokine level dropped significantly in both groups(P＜0.05).The post-treatment changes in each immune indicator and cytokine levels significantly differed between the two groups(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the research group,higher than 81.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The research group had an adverse reaction rate of 9.3%versus 12.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically insignificant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with oral Oseltamivir phosphate capsules is effective in treating influenza.This method can improve the patient's clinical symptoms,regulate immune function,and down-regulate serum CRP,IFN-γ,and IL-6 levels.关键词
