配合饲料混合均匀度3种测定方法的比较分析OA北大核心CSTPCD

试验旨在对3种(甲基紫法、摩尔法、氯离子选择电极法)测定饲料混合均匀度的方法进行分析比较,为饲料企业选择测定方法提供参考.试验选用仔猪前期配合饲料、乳猪浓缩饲料、中猪配合饲料、肉鸡前期料、肉鸡中期料和肉鸡后期料6种饲料,每种饲料采集两个批次,共计120个样本,采用甲基紫法、摩尔法、氯离子选择电极法测定饲料的混合均匀度.结果显示:氯离子选择电极法测定的6种饲料混合均匀度变异系数(CV)均在国家标准允许范围10.00%以下,甲基紫法测定结果除中猪配合饲料以外,其余5种饲料均小于10.00%;摩尔法测定的3种猪饲料的混合均匀度均小于10.00%,3种鸡饲料混合均匀度均大于10.00%.用甲基紫法测定的中猪配合饲料的混合均匀度变异系数显著大于氯离子选择电极法(P<0.05);用摩尔法测定的肉鸡前期料和中期料混合均匀度的变异系数均显著大于甲基紫法和氯离子选择电极法(P<0.05);用摩尔法测定肉鸡后期料混合均匀度的变异系数显著大于甲基紫法和氯离子选择电极法(P<0.05),甲基紫法测定肉鸡后期料混合均匀度显著大于氯离子选择电极法(P<0.05).研究表明,使用氯离子选择电极法测定6种饲料混合均匀度的效果较好.

The purpose of the experiment was to analyze and compare three methods(methyl violet method,molar method,and chloride ion selective electrode method)of measuring feed mixing uniformity,so as to provide a reference for feed enterprises to choose determination methods.Six kinds of feed were selected in the experiment,including piglet early-stage compound feed,suckling pig concentrated feed,medium pig compound feed,broiler early-stage feed,broiler middle-stage feed,and broiler late-stage feed.Two batches of each feed were collected,with a total of 120 samples.The mixing uniformity was determined by methyl violet method,molar method,and chloride ion selective electrode method.The results showed that the mixing evenness CV of six kinds of feeds determined by chloride ion selective electrode method was below 10.00%in the allowable range of national standard,and the results determined by methyl violet method were less than 10.00%except for medium pig compound feed.The mixing evenness of three kinds of pig feed was less than 10.00%by molar method,and the mixing evenness of three kinds of chicken feed was more than 10.00%.The variation coefficient of mixing uniformity of medium pig compound feed measured by methyl violet method was significantly higher than that by chloride ion selective electrode method(P<0.05).The variation coefficient of mixing evenness of broiler early-stage feed,broiler middle-stage feed by molar method were significantly higher than those by methyl violet method and chloride ion selective electrode method(P<0.05).The variation coefficient of mixing uniformity of broiler late-stage feed by molar method was significantly higher than that by methyl violet method and chloride ion selective electrode method(P<0.05),and the mixing uniformity of broiler late-stage feed by methyl violet method was significantly higher than that by chloride ion selective electrode method(P<0.05).The study indicates that the method of chloride ion selective electrode was effective in measuring the mixing uniformity of six kinds of feeds.
